Temporary Playful Zones: Designing Spaces Of Playful Interaction And Change In The Digital And Non Digital World

What happens when we add playfulness in traditional structures? Can we hack and humanitize educational, cultural and game design experiences adding pockets of open interactions and positive change? In this presentation we will try to answer these questions and create some more. A game design lab in a special education school, a popular mobile game, a squat of 300 game jammers in a cultural institution & an urban games design school based on trust, will be some of our case studies.
